If this is your first time with us, you will fill up a simple waiver so we can get a feel for your current situation as well as your goals. This way, we can ideally guide you through your WBC experience.

There is little preparation needed to do WBC, only a dry body and an open mind!

  • Clients are provided with a robe & protective gear such as gloves, socks, and slippers to minimize skin exposure to the cold.
  • Men should wear loose-fitting shorts and either take off their shirts or wear tank tops for the best care. For optimum skin exposure, we advise women to wear relaxed shorts and a sports bra or tank top. Your degree of comfort and desire for the best therapy will ultimately dictate what you wear throughout your treatment.
  • It's important to remove any metal jewelry or accessories as they can pose a risk of frostbite due to extreme cold temperatures.
  • Very important to be dried, before entering the chamber.

2. Entering the °CRYO Arctic Performance Chamber:

  • Only once you step into the chamber will you remove your robe.
  • The client enters chamber, which is a spacious space for one person. Clients enjoy more room to move around inside the chamber without feeling closed in
  • The chamber has an adjustable window giving clients the option to experience partial or whole body cryotherapy.Best for people with claustrophobia.
  • The chamber is also equipped with a convenient low doorstep for easy entry and exit. No more dealing with a faulty lift.

3. Duration of Exposure:

1. People with certain medical conditions:

  • Individuals with certain medical conditions, such as Raynaud's disease, cryoglobulinemia, cold urticaria, and other cold-related conditions, may be at risk of complications from exposure to extremely cold temperatures. Additionally, individuals with cardiovascular issues or hypertension should consult their healthcare provider before undergoing WBC.

2. Pregnant women:

  • The effects of WBC on pregnant women and developing fetuses are not well-studied, so it is generally recommended that pregnant women avoid whole body cryotherapy.

3. Children under the age of 12:

  • Any minor greater than 12 years old can use Whole Body Cryotherapy. Any minor between the ages of 12 and 18 years old must have parental/guardian consent and a parent/legal guardian present during the treatment. Any minor between the ages of 12 and 18 years old only need parental/guardian consent prior to treatments but can undergo treatments without a parent/legal guardian being present.

4. People with respiratory conditions:
